Introduction to product
The polypropylene plastic fiber is made from raw material of 100% modified polypropylene via special processes, with three conformations of bamboo-shaped, wave-shaped and diagonal-shaped. As an enhancing fiber for concrete dedicated to highway, railway, tunnel and culvert, its most distinctive features are high strength, high modulus, low elongation and no pollution, able to replace the steel fiber for anti-crack and enhancing treatment of cement concrete. With it, the traditional concrete fiber's original cohesiveness, high temperature stability, fatigue durability and low-temperature crack resistance are kept, and more, the workability and dispersity of fiber in the concrete are significantly improved to more evenly bear the primary load of the entire concrete structure. Provided with unique performance of high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, strong chemical stability, strong gripping force with the concrete, ageing resistance, wind erosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, antimagnetic and rustproof property, etc., it is applicable to diversified construction scenarios and more and more favored by the design department.
