Polypropylene Plastic-Steel Fiber Is Made Of 100% Modified Polypropylene Through A Special Process. There Are Three Product Forms: Slub Shape, Wave Shape, And Twill Shape. It Is Specially Used For Roads, Railways, Tunnels, And Culverts. Concrete Reinforcement Fibers. Its Biggest Feature Is A Low Rebound Rate, No Harm To People, And The Cup Will Not Fall Off After Being Sprayed With Rust. Reduce Construction Difficulty And Drop Waste Of Concrete, And Can Replace Steel Fiber For Crack Resistance Reinforcement Of Cement Concrete. The Density Of Plastic Steel Fiber Is 0.9 And That Of Steel Fiber Is 7.8. Under The Same Addition Ratio, Only One-Eighth Of The Weight Of Steel Fiber Needs To Be Added, Which Greatly Saves The Cost Of Use.

Additional Information
Recommended Dosage: 4-10KG/M3, The Specific Dosage Depends On The Actual Application Project.
Length Selection: In General Engineering, The Length Of Plastic Steel Reinforcement Fiber Is Preferably 25-60MM.
Proportion Design: Usually, In The Square Concrete, It Is Advisable To Add 5-6Kg Of Plastic-Steel Reinforcement, And Double The Amount Of The Bridge Deck Waterproof Layer. It Is Not Necessary To Change The Amount Of Other Materials Used.
Stirring Method: Since The Plastic-Steel Reinforcement Has Good Dispersion, There Is No Need To Add Other Stirring Conditions, And The Traditional Stirring Method Can Be Used. Or Choose A Double-Shaft Horizontal Forced Mixer.

Precautions:
After Adding Fibers, The Viscosity Of The Concrete Mixture Increases, And The Road Roller Should Be Rolled 2-3 Times More Than Ordinary Mixtures. Or Extend The Vibration Time For About 30 Seconds As Appropriate, And Then Plaster The Surface After The Concrete Surface Is Slightly Passivated To Avoid Bringing Out Fibers. The Maintenance Should Still Be Carried Out According To The Requirements Of Ordinary Concrete.
