When The Polypropylene Mesh Fiber Is Put Into The Concrete, During The Concrete Mixing Process, The Transverse Connection Between The Fiber Monofilaments Is Destroyed By The Rubbing And Friction Of The Concrete Itself, And The Fiber Monofilament Or Network Structure Is Fully Opened, So As To Realize The Quantity Numerous Polypropylene Fibers Reinforce The Effect Of Concrete.

Polypropylene Mesh Fiber Is A Kind Of Fiber Made Of Polypropylene Particles, Which Are Interwoven Into Bundles Of Fibers Through Special Processing And Treatment. Added To The Concrete Base Material, After Stirring, The Fiber Monofilament Or Network Structure Is Fully Opened, And A Random Support System Is Formed Inside The Concrete. It Can Effectively Control The Early Plastic Shrinkage And Settlement Cracks Of Concrete And Cement Mortar. Greatly Improve The Impermeability, Anti-Breaking And Impact Resistance Of Concrete, Enhance The Toughness And Wear Resistance Of Concrete, Thus Greatly Prolonging The Life Of Buildings And Greatly Reducing Engineering Maintenance Costs.

Proportional Design

Feeding Process
