Introduction to product
Polypropylene reticular fiber, also called polypropylene fiber net, reticular fiber and split-film fiber, is processed from the raw material of new-generation polypropylene via procedures of extrusion, stretching, web formation, surface modification treatment and short-cut, etc. The appearance is reticular structure with many mutually connected fiber monofilaments. The fiber put into the concrete is extruded and torn into monofilaments, which are connected and knotted with each other and distributed multidirectionally, thereby enhancing the bonding force between fiberand concrete. The fiber, which is distributed in a three-dimensional and stereoscopic form in the concrete, produces a reticular support effect to radically transform the concrete's resistance to crack, impact, fatigue and wearing and effectively enhance the toughness and deformability of concrete, thereby drastically improving the quality of concrete works.
